Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Processing time may be extended during high-volume periods, new product launches, or sales events.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently ship across Canada, and may offer international shipping at our discretion.

Shipping Carriers
We ship via Canada Post and other reliable carriers. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping information is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order is handed off to the carrier, we are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package is lost in transit, please first contact the shipping carrier using the tracking information provided.
We will do our best to assist you in locating your order but cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for lost packages.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at christielynn@missherbhustler.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the damage, and a description of the issue so we can assess and respond accordingly.
